Case Study: Truemaths LMS
Truemaths Academy uses Bloc's chatbot platform to assist students in prestigious boarding school admissions, and Army School preparations in Dehradun. The platform, integrated with their LMS, utilizes course material and handbooks to address queries, aiming for high-quality results.

About the company:

Truemaths Academy offers coaching for prestigious boarding schools like The Scindia School and The Doon School, along with preparation for CLAT, SAT, and Army Schools (RIMC, Sainik School, RMS) in Dehradun. Fostering all-round development, we shape students into global citizens.

Challenge:

Previously, the company experimented with chatbots on their learning platform. The aim was to solve doubts, support student progress and assist them in completing courses that are given on the Learning management system.

Ongoing solution:

To address these issues, the content team is now using the Bloc platform for beta testing. They have enlisted a test group of users, including employees and student alumni, to ensure the quality of the platform.

We believe that Bloc can be a powerful addition to our stack as we scale our operations to 100s of other students.

Additionally, they have fed Bloc with their course material, student handbooks, policy documents, course pricing, and similar content. The testing mainly takes place on the company's LMS platform, where the students can ask any questions to our bot, and then contact us with whatever doubts they might have.

Plans for the future:

Bloc and Truemaths teams are continuously refining the model's accuracy and comprehension based on feedback to ensure high-quality results. The success metrics primarily revolve around answer quality, user engagement, and resolution rate.
